The duties of the Manager of the State Tax Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan

Manager of the State Tax Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan:

-administers activity of the state tax department and bears responsibility for implementation of the tasks under his duties;

-provides implementation of the tasks under his duties, organizes work of the subordinate departments and controls process of implementation of the work;

-determines work strategy and evaluates level of responsibility of the subordinate administrative workers and officers of the regional bodies of the state tax service;

-within his/her duties issues orders and directives aimed to implement by the bodies of the state tax service of the Republic of Karakalpakstan the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees of the chambers of the Olij Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and Orders of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative documents including inner directives of the State Tax Committee RUz;

-After coordination with the State Tax Committee confirms the staff lists of the state tax department and the state tax inspections of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regulation on administrative workers and their deputies, the salary fund.

-In the fixed order takes decisions on the matter of reduction of the number of employees of the State tax department and the state tax inspections of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and on the matter of changes brought into the budget of the organization.

 -Confirms the regulations on the state tax inspections of the Republic of Karakalpakstan based on the model regulation on the state tax inspections confirmed by the State Tax Committee of RUz.

-In the fixed order assigns and dismisses employees of the state tax department and the state tax inspections of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Forwards to the State Tax Committee lists of distinguished employees and authorities of the state tax service nominated for the state and governmental awards of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Presents the state tax department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on events initiated by the state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 Manager of the state tax department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the imposed responsibilities can also implement other duties.

   The duties of the Deputy Managers of the State Tax Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan

-administer activity of the structural divisions of the state tax department and bear responsibility for implementation of the tasks under their duties;

-provide implementation of the tasks under their duties, organize work of the subordinate departments and control process of implementation of the work;

-determine work strategy and evaluate level of responsibility of the subordinate administrative workers and officers of the regional bodies of the state tax service;

-within their duties monitor process of issuing orders and give orders aimed to implement by the bodies of the state tax service of the Republic of Karakalpakstan the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees of the chambers of the Olij Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and Orders of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative documents including inner directives of the State Tax Committee RUz;

Forward to the manager of the State Tax Department of RK lists of distinguished employees and authorities of the state tax service nominated for the state and governmental awards of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Deputy Managers of the state tax department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the imposed responsibilities can also implement other duties.
