  1. STATE COVER OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN



The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 2, 1992 No. 616-XII "On the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan". The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan is an image of the rising sun over the mountains, rivers and flowering valley, surrounded by a wreath, on the right of wheat ears and to the left - from cotton branches with open cotton bolls. In the upper part of the emblem is an octahedron, symbolizing the sign of the republic's approval, inside of which is a crescent with a star. In the center of the coat of arms is a bird of Humo with open wings - a symbol of happiness and freedom. Below on the ribbon ribbon is a wreath symbolizing the national flag of the republic with the inscription "O'ZBEKISTON". In the color image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Humo bird and the river are silver; sun, ears, open cotton boxes and the inscription "O'ZBEKISTON" - golden; branches, cotton leaves, mountains and valleys - green, cotton in open boxes - white; a three-color ribbon that reproduces the colors of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan; octahedron - white with a gold groove crescent and a star - white.

  1. STATE COVER OF THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN


The law "On the State Emblem of the Republic of Karakalpakstan" was adopted on April 9, 1993 at the 12th session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The State Emblem of the Republic of Karakalpakstan means the state sovereignty of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The emblem depicts a golden sun rising above the dark blue mountains, the Amu-Darya River and the Aral Sea. A wreath made of cotton and wheat branches is tied with ribbons of national colors of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan, at the bottom interception of the ribbon the inscription: "KARAKALPAKSTAN" in red letters; in the upper part of the emblem is a blue eight-pointed star with a golden edging, expressing the unity of the peoples, and a silver crescent and star in the core, which are sacred symbols of the Muslims. In the foreground - a bird of happiness Humo silvery, which is a symbol of wealth, nobility and selflessness. In the background is the mountain-fortress of ocher Shylpik, which is one of the oldest cultures of the Karakalpak people, a symbol of the ancient culture and identity of the peoples of Karakalpakstan.
