On 5 March 2021, the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov received Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov.
It was noted that, despite the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, active interaction continues in priority areas between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
The parties discussed the prospects for further development of cooperation in such important areas as education, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.
